Yes. By offering per-bedroom leases, we can quickly turn around units as individual residents graduate, move out, or change plans throughout the year. This is especially helpful for our transfer student residents, who tend to move in during the fall, summer, and spring semesters.
The Standard at Austin is about as close to campus as it gets. Just a 10-minute walk away is the western edge of campus, with the Peter T.
